Fresh assorted tomatoes tossed with small Mozzarella knots and fresh "rooftop" basil with balsamic dressing over mesclun greens.

Sauteed Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with Chipotle Aioli
Served with Saffron Rice Pilaf and fresh vegetable.

Chicken Picatta
A large chicken breast, pan fried, and topped with a lemon-caper sauce. Served with Saffron Rice and fresh vegetable of the day.

Beef and Pork Brochettes
Cubed, marinated, and grilled beef and pork loin brochettes with vegetable garnish. Served with Saffron Rice.

Mini Apple Pies
Served individually with caramel and rich whipped cream.


Coffee & tea are complimentary, Soft drinks $1.50.
Beer, wine, and cocktails are available. Pricing available onboard.
