Grilled Salmon Filet
A grilled filet of Scottish Salmon topped with a
wild mushroom and rosemary sauce.
Served with sundried tomato risotto and Chef's selection of vegetables.

Breast of Chicken Picatta
A large chicken breast, flattened and pan fried, topped with a lemon-caper sauce. Served with sundried tomato risotto and Chef's selection of vegetables.

Roasted Pork Tenderloin
A pork tenderloin rubbed with dijon mustard and herbs, then roasted and sliced. Served with sundried tomato risotto and Chef's selection of vegetables.

Caramel Pecan Pie
Served with a bourbon creme angalise


Coffee & tea are complimentary, Soft drinks $1.50.
Beer, wine, and cocktails are available. Pricing available onboard.
