To make a reservation, please call the Bay Creek Railway office Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) at 757-331-8770 with your credit card information. For Dinner Excursions, please indicate your entree choice when you call. At this time, reservations cannot be made via the Internet.

A detailed confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide, securing your reservation. Charges will be processed at the time of the trip.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are considered confirmed unless cancelled 48 hours in advance of the trip. Reservation charges will be processed in the event of late cancellations or no attendance.

Bay Creek Railway reserves the right to alter published schedules or to cancel trips at any time. Every effort will be made to notify parties with reservations of any operational changes, but Bay Creek Railway cannot guarantee sufficient notice will be provided to all guests.

Special note: The dining car is a vintage restored vehicle with limited space, and unfortunately cannot accommodate wheel chairs or walkers. A limited number of baby strollers can be stowed. If there is any question of any special needs it is best to call the railway office in advance.
